Me and my preferred chicken. Eu e minha galinha preferida. I have many fond memories from my childhood and youth while in vacations at my parent's country house in Itu, an old and historic municipality in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. (Photo taken circa 1955). |

ReplyDeleteLove the photograph of you and I see you were a chicken fancier.
ReplyDeleteLindas fotos e lugar!! beijos praianos, chica
ReplyDeleteEvery child who enjoyed the country life growing up had a favourite chicken friend and you too dear Sonia!!
ReplyDeleteThe photos of the house look so "old worldly" and look as though they have so very many stories to tell.
Childhood photos are a treasure to still have to look at and remember times gone by as many people have discarded or lost their old photos hard as it is to believe. So happy you have yours Sonia. :)
Enjoy the coming weekend
Much love
Rose
Very special post Sonia! Makes me smile to see the picture of you and your chicken.. :) I loved the summers spent at my Grandad's farm riding horses. I was afraid of the chickens for a long time. Now I have friends with chickens and all is good. Good Evening to you Sonia!
ReplyDeleteCara Sônia,
