I saw on Lisa Takeuchi Cullen , a New York-based staff writer at Time, a game called Free Rice. This web site poses spelling-bee-level vocabulary words and four multiple-choice definitions. For each word you get right the United Nations donate 10 grains of rice to help end world hunger. To play and help click on Free Rice. Learning new vocabulary has tremendous benefits!

ReplyDeleteIn only seven minutes I was able to donate 500 grams of rice. I will play this every day, it's a great cause and a fun way to keep your vocabulary in top shape!
