São José do Rio Pardo as viewed from the Statue of Christ the Redeemer, situated on top of the most highest hill of the city. The statue represents Jesus standing with outstretched, welcoming arms. A cidade de São José do Rio Pardo vista da Estátua do Cristo Redentor, situada no morro mais alto da cidade. A estátua representa Jesus com os braços abertos e acolhedores.
The statue stands 55,774 foot tall. Many cities in Brazil has their own Christ Redeemer seated on the top of the most highest hill of the city. A estátua do Cristo tem 17 metros de altura e é a segunda maior do Brasil. Muitas cidades no Brasil têm a estátua do Cristo Redentor nos pontos mais altos da cidade.
The bandstand named "Coreto Elias Fecuri" at the November XV Square. Coreto "Elias Fecuri", também ma Praça 15 de Novembro.
On Sundays night there is music in the bandstand. It's a great atmosphere full of people who just came to listen music, to meet or watch people and have fun. Nos sábados a noite uma banda toca música no coreto. Muitas pessoas se reunem na Praça para ouvir as músicas, encontrar amigos e se divertirem.

I love that big statue of Jesus. Anytime I think Rio I think of that. I would love to visit one day...I know it would be beautiful there!
