As you say Sonia, we have much in common and here is another example! Along with seagulls, owls are my all time favourite bird. I used to see many when still living in the country and I used to love it when we would come home in the dark and more than one would be sitting on the gate posts. I would just sit in the vehicle for ages just watching them. Enjoy your weekend Sonia, and this was a wonderful photo!
Oh how sweet! We have Great Horned Owls on the ranch, but we rarely see them in the day. We see them very early in the morning, and we hear them call at night.
Shouldn't he be in bed? Last week when I took my niece to the orthodontist (to have her braces checked) - I thought of you. On the wall was a poster of all the different kinds of Toucans and I remembered the photos of them in your yard.

ReplyDeleteI am so glad that this little owl stayed long enough to have his photo taken. Very nice!
ReplyDeleteQue amor a corujinha! bjs, lindo fds! chica
ReplyDeleteThat owl looks cute. Where I live owls (and other birds) carry off cats - I've had a hawk try to take my dog while I've been outside with him!

What a lucky find. Owls are so hard to see as they look like the woods they haunt.
ReplyDeleteAdoro corujas; são notívagas como eu :)
ReplyDeleteComo invejo o giro da cabeça e pescoço; não padecem de problemas na cervical!!!
beijos!!
