These were great! He was such a charismatic performer...! Another terrible loss from AIDS! The 'cocktail' hadn't come into being in time for him---such an incredible talent. After reading about him---because of your post, many years ago, I thought there should be a film about Freddie. I think there will be, but, as always with all of these things---It has to be the right person playing him. Thanks for the wonderful reminder of what a great GREAT performer he was! LOVE LOVE LOVE, these duets.
The third was magnificent. His voice was surreal and with hers, amazing mix.
I heard they were going to do it with Sacha Baron Cohen playing him but then nothing came of it. He resembles him for sure not sure how he'd carry of those magnificent performances as Freddie could really sell his songs.
