  1. Seu casa é lindo.

Quite a contrast between your current landscape in Enseada Azul and the one you had in São Paulo.

  2. Your house is beautiful, Sonia. You must enjoy having a garden after having lived in apartments .. it makes such a difference.

  3. Where you live now is so beautiful. I love the photographs of Enseada Azul.

The four jobs you list are quite intriguing. Any chance you might tell us more about what you did as a journalist and editor. What were your favorite pieces? Do you still write (besides this wonderful blog)?

  4. I love your home. I bet it is nice to go out by the pool and read. (I'd like to put in a pool but they are alot of work here because of leaves and winter)

I just noticed your daughter's name on your bio. I think that is one of the prettiest names.

For the tv- Monk- sometimes I call my husband Monk because he can be a bit OCD too.

  7. Sonia--you have such a beautiful house & gardens--it is nice to see where you live. I like the contrast between city & where you are now. You must be constantly exploring your 'new' territory. Monk is a very favorite of mine too. Tony Shaloub is superb!

  11. You have a lovely home as all have said. It looks like a happy place to live. I cannot believe that your favorites are MONK. I love that show, even though it drives my husband crazy! You get MONK in Brazil...cool. I also like the movie passage to India, althought he woman in it are a little too femme fatale for me.
